LATE CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICYScheduled lessons may be changed by notifying SmartStart Driving School of the intended change at least 24 hours in advance. If a student cancels late or is otherwise unable to attend or does not show for a scheduled lesson, the student will at our discretion, be charged $35 for the 1-hour lesson and $45 for the 1.5-hour lesson. If another student can be inserted into the time we reserved for you, then there will be no charge at all.

WITHDRAWLS AND REFUNDSAll students will receive the driving time they have paid for. In the case of a pre-paid package deal, students can receive a refund for any unused portion of their package by notifying SmartStart Driving School of their intention to withdraw from all remaining lessons. The student will be charged the single lesson rate for the in-car lessons already taught. The student will receive a refund within 7 days of providing notice, an amount equaled to package price paid less the total number of lessons already taken at the rate of the single lesson fee. If the amount is negative, then the student will not get a refund. There are no refunds for lessons already taken.
